摘要
The relevance of this research lies in the importance of evaluating the educational service in an institution of higher education, in order to extrapolate to other institutions of the same type existing in the state of Michoacan, Mexico, A questionnaire containing 50 questions to students and 40 to administrative workers and teachers was applied, to measure the impact of independent variables, dimensions and indicators on the dependent variable. The hypothesis test for non-parametric variables for related samples were checked. The results show that the variables direction and administrative management have the highest correlation with the dependent variable and subsequently human resources as well as the dimensions and indicators. It is worth mentioning that it met the stated objective. It is also important to mention that the measurement model, through the Spearman correlation, is innovative and provides insights particularly into the elements that most affect the quality of service.
