摘要：
A thin LED BLU device structure incorporating side-emitting LEDs distributed in a two-dimensional array across the BLU and embedded in a multi-layer printed and integrated light-guide is presented. Measured results from a 40"design based on this technology platform, produces an efficient and low-cost BLU.
