摘要
Parlay X Web Service has played the most important role in telecomm industry, for not only making network "open" and "converge" but also making external value-added services providers develop and offer services conveniently. Whereas, Parlay X Web Service has several challenges just like inability to delegate the life cycle management of services and discovery services effectively. To overcome these questions of Parlay X Web Service, this paper proposes an integration of Parlay X Web Service and mobile agent architecture. This paper uses mobile agents technology that establishes a middle tier between the external service provider domain and Parlay X Web Services. In this way the goal of efficient service deployment is satisfactorily achieved. Finally we give an example of Bank IC Card service.
