摘要：
There are some new situations and new problems in the Foreign Personnel Training present. We need to further the objective reality, combine the situation of teaching, and study the improvement and innovation of the teaching mode for Foreign Personnel Training. This paper gives some suggestions on improving Foreign Personnel Training' teaching work, which are strengthening teaching documents completeness, highlighting the characteristics of foreign training, small class teaching characteristics and practicality.
