摘要
The coordinated development of online and offline retail is the development trend in the future. Based on the symbiosis theory and the concept of symbiosis degree, the online and offline physical commodity retail sales are selected as the qualitative parameter on the macro level. The online and offline operating income of Hongdou Holdings is taken as the qualitative parameter on the micro level. Symbiosis degree and symbiosis coefficient models of online and offline physical commodity retail are constructed. The calculation results of the symbiosis coefficient show that the online and offline retail of physical commodities are in the asymmetric mutualism mode, and the impact of online retail on offline retail is smaller than that of offline retail on online retail, but the different of influence is gradually decreasing. Based on the empirical research results and the analysis, this paper proposes to build the online and offline retail symbionts. Establishing appropriate online (offline) retail system, improving the compatibility of the quality parameters of symbiotic units, improving the symbiotic interface and other factors increase the generation of symbiotic energy and promote the coordinated development of symbiotic units.
