摘要
In terahertz radar systems, the beam characteristics of terahertz sources are the key factors affecting the imaging quality, and the divergence Angle of terahertz beam is one of the parameters that must be measured before designing terahertz radar and other systems. The transmission characteristics of ideal terahertz beam are studied by numerical simulation, and a three-dimensional scanning platform is built to study the beam characteristics of 100GHz terahertz wave source, and the divergence Angle of terahertz beam is obtained, which has important reference value for terahertz radar systems.
