摘要：

Based on theoretical analysis and practical experience in auditing work, this article discusses the subject of economic benefits auditing model from the following three aspects: system-oriented, statement-oriented and business-oriented. It also introduces the objective, content, gist, procedure and method of each auditing model and tries to make a valuable exploration into the issue that how an audit organization should efficiently cam, out an economic benefits auditing under modem enterprise system.
