In search of the new method of market evaluation of the product decision-making

摘要
The market evaluation theory and method of the product decisionmaking is very important for the enterprise to work out the investment and make the management decisions. The present various product decision-making methods have their suitability and limitation. This paper gave the new evaluation method, the fuzzy Borda number method. This method thinks that market appraisement of the product decision-making mainly includes four contents of the profitable factor, the developable factor, the competitive factor and the science-technology and policy factor. This method includes setting up the evaluation criterion system, determination of the criterion's weight and criterion's values, determination of the synthetic scores and carrying out the evaluation and selection, five steps. This method will possess the better practice value for laying down the enterprise's product decision-making.
