摘要
A study of the electrical properties of vertically aligned carbon nanofiber (CNF) arrays and the cell culture of neural cells on such substrates was discussed. The unique 3D nanostructure and superior electrical and mechanical properties make CNF nanoelectrode arrays (NEA) ideal for long-term implantation. It was found that PC12 neural cell can grow as monolayers on CNF arrays after further coating with a collagen film. The results show that the new electrical-neural interface material can open up many opportunities for biomedical applications.
