This paper analyzes the training requirements for e-commerce innovation talents, defines the role and influence of e-business innovation practice base, has an in-depth discussion of how to construct the base and organize activities, organization safeguard, management of platform architecture, web site-building, school-enterprise cooperation model and so on.
