Psychological Computer Assessment

Particular quality standards of psychological computer assessment are stated. Thereby some international guidelines of assessment are taken into account such as the German DIN 33430. The necessity of the examination whether a computerized test is equivalent to its original paper-pencil version is discussed as well as the necessity of the examination whether the test scores are not senseless at al. Then a lot of extraordinary options of computerized psychological assessment are illustrated, in particular adaptive testing. Finally, some serious problems of psychological computer assessment are indicated and the trend is given what it will be in the future alike.
