Financial Support for Technological Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs)

Technological SMEs are playing an increasingly important role in national economic development and expanding employment. Aiming at fmancing difficulties prevalent among the development of technological SMEs in China, the paper respectively from such two aspects as the internal fmancing mechanism and external environment, analyzes the obstacles and constraints in the process of SME financing, and puts forward countermeasures to enhance technological SMEs' internal governance structure, vigorously develop the venture capital industry, improve relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the construction of credit system and the fmancing guarantee system in order to seek effective solutions to SME fmancing problems.
