摘要：
Image J is a java processing program with an open source. The application of image J can process electron probe surface-scanning images of geological samples in a convenient and quick way, therefore providing abundant geological information. The paper briefs on the procedures of applying Image J to process electron probe surface-scanning images, including the import, calibration and color conversion of images, the operation of adding scale and color bar.
