摘要
What a great response: A novel fluorescent probe for biothiols has been constructed based on the Michael addition. The adducts of the probe with thiols possess an intramolecular charge transfer character in their excited states, and detection of biothiols reveals a ratiometric spectral response. Furthermore, biothiols were detected through cell imaging under both one-photon and two-photon excitations. Copyright © 2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
