摘要：
Core enterprise leading of technology innovation alliance has developed to an important union forms, but Therese archon its stability and control is not very in-depth now, this article is based on the analysis of alliance features, it research on connotation of alliance stability and instability and elaborate the mechanism of instability in five degrees, which is the changes of competition status, the change of strength, the imbalance of proceeds and trust extent.
