摘要
A triple bottom line represents three areas of company's responsibility, so called 3P - Profit, Planet, People. It measures a company's economic value, its environmental impact and its degree of social responsibility. The essence of this concept lies in achieving a balance between these areas that ensures sustainable development of the organization and helps to create good interrelationships. The paper deals with the essence of the triple bottom line concept and corporate social responsibility. The main part of paper includes analysis of corporate social responsibility aspects in the particular Slovak transport enterprise from the economic, environmental and social perspective (including usage of personnel marketing). Based on the results of the analysis were indicated some proposals to improve the effectivity and visibility of these activities in this transport enterprise and thus ensure the perception of the company as socially responsible.
