摘要
Reliability analysis is quite important in the facility failure and equipment life studies, and the Weibull distribution is the most common model in the reliability analysis. Therefore, the effective identification of the Weibull model parameters of the facilities has significant importance in the reliability analysis. In this paper, a united estimation method combining probability weighted moments and maximum likelihood estimation is proposed, and the estimation model of Weibull distribution parameters is established. The modified artificial bee colony algorithm introducing Chaos intelligent search strategy and differential evolution operator is used for the estimation model solution. The analysis result shows that MABC has better optimization capability, and the proposed method has the advantages of high precision and strong stability.
