摘要：

Connection rate is an important measure of the quality of the network operation. According to the basic theory of GSM network optimization, this paper analyses the phenomenon of the low connection rates, details the factors which affect the rates of GSM network optimization and proposes a set of feasible and effective optimization process, and thus achieves an improved call connection rate, and an optimized GSM network, and designs the software of GSM network optimization. Finally, the paper put forward an improved genetic algorithm to adjust the base stations and Settings coupled with the relevant system parameters and equipment configuration Settings of the system.
