Superconducting and transport properties of TmBa2Cu3O7-δ

摘要
TmBa2Cu3O7-delta ceramic samples with oxygen content comprised between similar to6.7-6.96 have been characterized through superconducting transition temperature, T-c, temperature dependencies of resistivity, rho(T) and thermopower, S(T), and specific heat jump at T-c, DeltaC(P). In the overdoped region (negative S(T)) the T, decreases. As in the case of all 123's containing small ionic of RE, maximum T, of the TmBa2Cu3O7-delta samples does not exceed of 91 K. Clear dependence between of thermopower S-300 and T-c is observed. The TmBa2Cu3O7-delta properties are discussed in comparison to other compounds of 123 type.
