摘要
Recent years have witnessed a surge of interest in the notions of capabilities and competitive advantage as the important sources of the enterprises' competitiveness. In this paper, we construct an evaluation model for the competitiveness of the logistic enterprises based on the views of dynamic capabilities theory and competitive advantage theory. We analyze the external sources, internal sources, and methods of wealth creation and capture by logistic enterprises operating in environments for rapid technological change. We set up a competitiveness evaluation index system, employed SPSS statistical software, analyzed and compared the competitiveness of the logistic enterprises. Using a large sample of data from SSE and SZSE, we attempt to empirically study the importance of dynamic capabilities. The results and analyses were found to be useful for improving the competitiveness of the logistic enterprises.
