Preparation of conductive paper by in-situ polymerization of pyrrole in a pulp fibre system

摘要
Electrically conductive cellulose fibres were made by depositing polypyrrole on fibre surface: not only a novel functionality was imparted to pulp fibres but processability of the intrinsic conducting polymer (ICP) was greatly improved. The resultant material was characterized with respect to its chemistry and polypyrrole distribution. Good adhesion of the conductive polymer to fibres was achieved.
