摘要
Because of the complex ocean environment, a seismic wave signal caused by a moving ship usually has a low signal to noise ratio and its wave field is complicated. Using the traditional theoretical methods of spectrum analysis and wave filtering usually cannot distinguish the useful signal from the noise, so it is difficult to obtain ideal results. A space polarization filtering method is proposed, where the particle trace can be quantified and characterised through the different features of particle polarization. A polarization filter can then be designed accordingly and the useful signal can be separated from the noisy signal. Compared with the traditional method, a polarization filter has the advantage of preserving the valid signal and reducing the noise when analysing the seismic wave caused by a moving ship.
