Hospitality is an industry of big human resources relatively. Nowadays women are increasingly engaged in hotel service and management, who play a progressively important role in the modern service industry. However, according to the actual situation, many problems still exist in the female human resources development and management. The effective solutions to these problems will help resolve the shortage and loss of female human resources in hotels, and explore a suitable and characteristic road to successful female human resources development and management in hospitality.
