摘要：
Numerical methods for the calculation of the free energy and vacancy concentration in a crystalline solid, using a particular model for the creation of vacancies, are described in the paper. An algorithm simulating the creation of vacancies in an Ar crystal on the basic of a Monte-Carlo method is presented and the results of the model calculation given.
