摘要
Water is the source of human civilization. Water culture is an important part of Chinese culture and is the integral part of training talents for water conservancy. Water conservancy colleges selecting water culture education is an inevitable process of modem water conservancy higher education. Through systemic education of water culture, popularization of water culture knowledge and water culture practice, education and research is playing a big role in water culture education. Emphasizing cultivating students' spirit of dedicating to water conservancy and enhancing the publicity work of water culture education to exert water culture education effectively and train high-quality talents for the all-round development of the cause of water conservancy.
