The Limitation of Two Dimensions Parity Checking Code

This paper want to prove that two dimensions parity checking code is one kind of mistake coding in some condition. The paper prove the feasible condition of two dimensions parity checking code by calculating the definition of odd parity coding and even parity coding respectively. The conclusion is that two dimensions parity checking code adapted odd checking code can be used any condition, but two dimensions parity checking code adapted even checking code is one mistake kind coding whit different parity of line number and column number. This conclusion doesn't appear in any documents, so this paper find the conclusion firstly.
