CHANGE AND RESISTANCE TO CHANGE IN THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Change is neither a simple nor a comfortable process. Resistance to novelty, to change, is not specific to a certain stage of development or to a certain field of activity, but it is rather a natural tendency in people. Most of the people manifest resistance to change. Getting rid of behavioural patterns may cause anxiety. Even if these forces seem impossible to move, in reality some of them may transform in forces pro change in the conditions of a good communication. Certain teachers (trainers) may turn from opponents into supporters of the change, only because their fears were listened to.
