摘要
In accordance with the principle of voluntary participation, this research selected 266 adults at the age of 20-59 who worked in Haidian District enterprises and institutions, of which 113 were males and 153 females. Using incremental cycle ergometer stress test, this research observes dynamic changes of each BMI groups' heart rate, blood pressure, Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(ba-PWV). Conclusions: 1.obese men (BMI >= 28), SBP and baPWV are significantly higher than the normal group; in women, quiet systolic and diastolic blood pressure of BMI overweight and obese people are higher than normal, baPWV and AI values of obese people are higher than the other two groups(P <0.01).2.0n load, PP of the obese and overweight groups changed more obviously than BMI normal group. Conclusion: 1 blood vessel function in different BMI groups shows some differences in progressively increasing load test, the normal group of people with increased heart rate-based, the cardiovascular function reacted in obese group is peripheral resistance in increase highly.2. BMI is the main morphological effects on the cardiovascular function indicators, can affect vascular function of other factors that occur together, for the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease is important, can be used to movements detected at high risk of cardiovascular risk in exercise.
