摘要：

Using the theory of experiment planning (TPE) can simulate various processes and to plan and organize the active or passive experiment. In the present study is conducted passively-active source experiment with output parameter (OP), power balance equation (PBE) and four significant factors (SF) to obtain adequate mathematical models (MM), determination of optimal levels of variation of SF and OP.
