Nobel Prize awards in Radiochemistry

In 1996 the Editors of Radiochimica Acta brought out a special volume of the journal to celebrate the hundredth anniversary of the discovery of radioactivity [1]. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Radiochimica Acta, which follows closely upon the centenary of Marie Curie's second Nobel Prize in 1911, the author has the privilege to informally review "Radiochemistry and Nobel Prize Awards", including discoveries of radioelements and new fields in chemistry based on radiochemical methods.
