Study on the Career Transition Ability of Graduates from the Perspective of Employment-oriented Higher Vocational Education

摘要
In the case of this increasingly serious employment situation of university graduates, career transition has become a social phenomenon that they can not ignore in China. It is an important means to improve the quality of employment that training students' vocational transformation ability. This study puts forward four strategies to improve the career transition ability of graduates from employment-oriented, including the reform of personnel training mode, improving the training system of vocational ability, constructing the vocational guidance education system, establishing employment tracking system, and strengthening the education guidance after graduation, through analysing the reasons on lack of career transition ability of higher vocational students.
