摘要
Transitioning from a postdoctoral to a faculty position in science, technology, engineering, and math-ematics (STEM) is a cumbersome process, and it is easy for postdocs to become lost in the sea of oppor-tunities. Here we provide a blueprint to navigate this transition and sug-gestions to survive in the STEM faculty arena.
