摘要
-.Here, a self -powered piezoelectric human cutaneous activities sensor is demonstrated to enable in vivo measurement of radial pulse signals in near surface arteries and recognize different hand gesture synchronously. The inorganic piezoelectric layer on a thin metal layer results of a much more uniform strain distribution. In addition, a plastic substrate is used to achieve conformal contact with the complex texture of the rugged skin, which allows responding to the tiny pulse changes arising on the surface of epidermis. Experimental studies provide characteristics of the sensor with sensitivity (10 V/N). Multifunctional wearable sensor is significance for much more intelligent and portable man -machine interacting development.
