摘要：
The capital is the basic guarantee of public rental housing construction, but also restricts the main bottleneck for the development of public housing. Aiming at this problem, this paper compares ABS with BUT which are two kinds of financing mode, then the advantages and disadvantages of the model presents a new financing pattern in TABOT, and this mode undertook feasibility analysis.
