摘要
The objective of this paper is to study the cutting force and cutting temperature in turning of titanium alloy. The simulation of cutting force and cutting temperature by finite element simulation software ABAQUS is conducted. The orthogonal experiment is designed. The influence of various factors on cutting force and cutting temperature is obtained. A prediction model of cutting temperature and cutting force is obtained by performing multiple linear regression analysis on the data obtained from orthogonal experiments.
