On structural identifiability of dynamic models

摘要
The concept of identifiability of a linear system is usually regarded as a purely qualitative feature. In this paper, a quantitative measure for parameter identifiability is presented. In addition to that, a method is proposed for enhancing the identifiability properties, based on a modified prediction operator.
