摘要
The diffusion of nanoclusters on various surfaces is investigated. It is shown that the misfit between the cluster and substrate is the main parameter determining the magnitude of the cluster diffusion on perfect surfaces. The motion of the cluster on non-ideal surfaces is also explored, and shows surprising results. (C) 2004 Published by Elsevier B.V.
