摘要
Among recent technological advances, microfluidic biochip has led to a prominent solution for healthcare and miniaturized bio-laboratories, with the assurance of high sensitivity and recontigurability. On increasing more unreliable communication networks day by day, technological shifts in the fields of communication and security arc now converging. This paper is a contribution to the ongoing research on security aspects of microfluidic biochip layout, and important field used to protect. the confidentiality of layout data from unscrupulous people and man-in-the-middle-attack. We propose an authentication mechanism to encrypt biochip layout by IP designer and to decrypt the enciphered file by the authorized parties. By the proposed security scheme, we could communicate secret keys for authentication in confidential. Experimental results show the efficacy of the proposed security model without overhead of the bioprotocol completion time. Our hope is to generate a fully secured biochip design flow for better resistant to any attacks.
