摘要
Based on win-win cooperation idea in supply chain management, subcontractor choice principle and the evaluation index for the general contractor is put forward. With grey whitenization weight clustering and grey relational analysis method, the subcontractor choice model is unified establish. Clearing the subcontractor evaluation and selection of performance evaluation methods and steps, and a case is applied to verify its validity.
