摘要
We investigated the distribution of the impurity (Zn) resonance energy in Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta by scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy. The resonance energy ranged rather widely from about -6 to 3 meV. We did not observe the correlation between the resonance energy and the local energy gap expected from theories. This seems to indicate the existence of other factors that more strongly affect the resonance energy than the local energy gap.
