摘要：
Two species of Poaceae (Eriochloa distachya and Parodiophyllochloa penicillata) are newly reported for the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. This paper includes descriptions, illustrations, and comments on the distribution and conservation statuses of these taxa in Sao Paulo.
