摘要：

The telematics gateway and framework is suggested as a solution for open telematics system. In this paper, we describe the telematics service deployment on the gateway and framework. From a service developer's point of view, the gateway and framework enable to develop service applications independent on the specific mobile infrastructure without knowing about an underlying mobile network technology and detailed method to integrate with related systems.
