摘要
The aim of the research considered in this paper is to show a new method of the maintenance based on reliability for an installation what processed heavy water for to detect or predict the occurrence cavitations within at the devices considered like control valve. The demarche of the method consists in the on-line reliability determination for cavitations failures which can be extended at nuclear installation which processed heavy water like nuclear cryogenic pilot plant from our Institute ICIT from Rm.Valcea, Romania. The method can be extended for other critical devices from other industrial installations where are possible to exist cavitations failures. The conceptual stages of the method guide at the obtaining of the failure time probability therefore can be known through predictive maintenance the time of alarm for starting operative maintenance interventions on complexity levels. For mathematical modelling and the simulation is used software LabVIEW produced by National Instruments.
