摘要
The paper divides the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to three level analysis frameworks, which basis is the dominant design theory. According to the frameworks and environment affects, the paper could analysis the obstacle factors to the transform process. Meanwhile, the paper used the Path Analysis method to analyze the transformation of S&T achievements in Tianjin firms. The findings show that the relationship between the effect of transformation of scientific and technological achievements with the obstacles of technological feasibility, technological factors, capital, human resource is negative correlation. The obstacles of organization factor, profit guarantee factor, government factor, market factor did not remarkable influence the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The paper can find technology, human and capital are the main obstacle factors, which influence the transform process.
