Bi2O3-based fiber for highly nonlinear applications

摘要
We have fabricated Bi(2)O(3)-based microstructured fiber using a novel method. It was experimentally revealed that this fiber shows nonlinearlity similar to 780 W(-1)km(-1) and GVD similar to -25 ps/nm/km simultaneously. (c) 2008 Optical Society of America
