摘要：
This paper includes image encryption describing Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) using Double Random Phase Masks (DRPE), which is implemented on MATLAB (2008a). The computed value of mean-squared-error between the retrieved and the input images shows the efficacy of scheme.
