摘要
This system adopts the computer-aided digital image processing technology for real-time detection of steel plate width. In addition, the system uses dual-CCD sensor and laser line scanning and detection technologies to raise the detection accuracy. In the principles of CCD imaging and triangle similarity, this paper gives the computation model for sheet width changes and that caused by camber of sheet, raises the method of laser line separation by baffle plate for judgment of measuring errors resulting from camber, and correction of sheet width based on the results of error measurement; meanwhile, the test by analysis on CCD laser line optimal imaging shows the measurement accuracy and design of this system meet the actual requirements of production.
