摘要
Compact reflectors which partially reflect and transmit over a wide wavelength range were realized in sub-wavelength silicon waveguides utilizing curved Bragg gratings and resonator filters based on those reflectors were demonstrated in a standard SOI platform (C) 2014 Optical Society of America
