摘要：
A situation leading up to standardized assurance of the design of dynamically loaded machine foundations is examined. The need to bring the "Digest of Rules" into harmony with the international standards that are in force within the Russian Federation, as well as supplementation of this document by standards regulating design solutions for restructuring and vibration insulation of "equipment-foundation" systems is debated.
