Mathematical model for process thermal spraying coating formation

摘要
This paper describes the mathematical model, allowing to estimate one of the basic parameters of the process coating formation - energy of the coating bond strength which replay for quality of coating in plasma spray process. Bond strength energy are defined on the base of system balance ''particle-substrate''. Unknown qualites, which come into energetic equation, may be obtained from the system of nonstationary Navier-Stokes equations for velosity field and pressure into particle and thermoelastisity equations for temperature and stress in coordinate system (r, z). Complex flatign region and problem nonlinearity have necessitated to work up stable numerical method. Program complex have created, its input parameters are characteristics of the technological process.
